To be eligible, you must be in Canada when applying for another round of IEC and still be in the country when you request the permit. You also need a valid Port of Entry (POE) Letter of Introduction and must maintain legal status throughout the process. If your current license is close to expiring, applying for a visitor record will help you remain in Canada legally while waiting.

Here’s how you can apply:

1. Go to the IRCC Web Form

– Access the IRCC web form to begin your application.

2. Select the Right Categories

Under Type of application/enquiry, choose:

• – “Temporary Residence”
• – Then “International Experience Canada”
• 3. Enter Your Personal Information

Include the following:

• – Full name
• – Date of birth
• – Application number
• – Contact details (email and phone number)

•  4. Upload Required Documents

You must attach:

• – Proof of valid health insurance that covers your entire stay in Canada
• – A copy of your previous IEC work permit 

•  5.  Add Employer Info (If Applicable)

If you’re in the Young Professionals or Co-op category, include:

• – Your employer’s name
• – Employer’s contact information
