What documents do I need?
Proof of identity: A valid passport and a travel document with two passport size photographs with your actual date of birth written on their back.
Proof of employment: This may include “the offer of employment number,” “proof that you’re eligible for the job,” and “copy of the Certificat d’acceptation du Québec” (CAQ) from the Ministère de l’Immigration
Proof of relationship: Marriage certificate or birth certificate of accompanying family members or fill out the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union if you are to bring along your common-law partner.
